Charlie Abrahams has re-joined the William Raveis Real Estate team in the Boston Back Bay office with more than 6 years of real estate experience. Charlie has been a top-producing agent for both Coldwell Banker, William Raveis Real Estate and most recently with CondoDomain.
Charlie has won numerous selling awards achieving the status at Coldwell Banker of the Sterling Society and President’s Sales Club and more recently both the Chairman’s Club and prestigious Chairman’s Elite Club at William Raveis Real Estate which is awarded to the top 100 agents in the company of 2,000 total agents.
Charlie re-joins the firm of William Raveis Real Estate as Associate Sales Manager in the Boston Back Bay office, which grew more than 14% in transactions and volume in 2009 vs. 2008 (more than Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Gibson Sotheby’s Real Estate, and Otis & Ahearn Real Estate based on sales figures from MLSPIN). The addition of Charlie brings both strength and knowledge to this brokerage team in addition to his assisting directly in the day-to-day management of the Back Bay sales team.

Prior to real estate Charlie had over 13 years in sales and business development experience across the United States. In this he honed an advanced acumen for understanding the processes of strategy, negotiation, marketing and decisions making.
Charlie has a BA in International Relations from Boston University and spent 4 years on the Charles River as a member of the BU crew team. He even competed in the Henley Royal Regatta in England and has have lived in France, Italy, Switzerland and Germany.
Charlie is also an avid triathlete who’s competed in two Ironman races with two more scheduled for 2010 in Lake Placid, NY and Panama City Beach, FL. He has completed eight marathons and more than 50 other races of varying distances across the globe including the San Francisco “Escape from Alcatraz” triathlon, St. Croix Half Ironman, Paris Marathon, San Francisco Marathon, Boston Marathon and countless others. Charlie currently lives in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.
